How we price it
Four things move a quote: how much is going, the access at both ends, how much packing you want done, and how far it travels. Not the season, not how urgent it sounds, not what somebody else quoted.
That also makes quotes comparable. If you are weighing us against another firm, check both have measured the same volume and assume the same packing — almost all the difference between two prices lives there.
