Belvedere, the Thamesmead edge and Abbey Wood. A mix of terraced streets, postwar estates and the newer riverside blocks, plus an industrial belt where addresses need a map pin rather than a postcode.
DA6 · DA7
The slope up from the river into interwar semi country. Driveways, side gates, big gardens and full lofts. The easiest loading on our patch and the biggest volumes.
DA1 · DA8
Where DA8 runs into Crayford and the Dartford boundary. Estate streets, the railway, and marsh addresses that satnavs handle badly. Quoted as part of the same patch, not as a trip out.
